The mark consists of a capital letter "R", in green color, and a low case letter "x", also in green color. Both letters have outlines and a shadow in black color. A worded part of the mark is placed on a background consisting of an image of a globe, with continents depicted in the color gray, and with oceans and seas depicted by the color blue. Four white lines encompass the globe and cross one another. Beneath the image of the globe a ring in color orange, and a bigger ring in mixture of colors blue and green, are located.
