The mark consists of a two-dimensional configuration of a beige box design on a backing divided into twelve panels wherein one or more of the panels contains a partial image of a butterfly, shown in orange, purple, beige, ivory and black, such that when folded, the backing forms a box wherein one or more panels contain the words "NUCLEIC ACID PURIFICATION" in black and "MONARCH" in orange and "NEW ENGLAND BIOLABS, INC." in black with a small butterfly next to it. One panel contains the words "NEBMONARCH.COM" to the left of the butterfly in orange. One panel is orange with the words "NUCLEIC ACID PURIFICATION" and "MONARCH" in light orange and "NEW ENGLAND BIOLABS, INC." in black with a small butterfly next to it. The broken lines depicting the edges and shape of the box indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
