The mark consists of a blue oval overlaid at the oval's upper left half with an outline of an obelisk/monument with a blue left side and a white right side and a domed capital building with a blue left side and a white right side, and at the oval's lower right half with a curved obtuse triangle sweeping left to right, the triangle having a blue core with a white border, with a single curved red crescent line bisecting the blue oval from an 8 o'clock position to 1 o'clock position, and single red outer line circumscribing the oval clockwise from the 8 o'clock position to the 1 o'clock position and the outer line having an airplane shaped arrow at its terminus. The term "REAGAN" in red appears over the term "NATIONAL" in blue to the right of the design.
