Description of Mark
The mark consists of three oak leaves arranged in the shape similar to a fleur de lis above the drawing of an acorn. Inside the middle of the center leaf is presented the stylized letter "N" within a shaded circle. The shaded circle is surrounded and outlined by another circle which features traced lines on its top and bottom portions, one side of which ends in an arrow pointing upwards towards the top of the center leaf. Surrounding the center leaf on either side is the stylized numbering "1883" with "18" appearing on the left side and "83" appearing on the right side of the center leaf.
