The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising product design in the nature of a scalloped perimeter disk containing 18 modified diamond-shaped blades protruding from the disk and containing 10 elongated oval holes, two of which, situated at opposite sides of the scalloped perimeter disk, are "boomerang" open v-shaped; 4 of the elongated oval holes are situated end-to-end in a straight line from one scalloped perimeter edge to the opposite edge; 4 of the elongated oval holes are situated parallel to the scalloped perimeter; 6 round holes are randomly placed in the center portion of the disk, all used in connection with a tobacco and botanical herb shredder. The broken lines depicting a round shape in the center of the disk indicate a mounting hold for a spindle and the broken lines depicting the outer round perimeter is not part of the mark.
