The mark consists of a blue square surrounding a circular cloud shape formed within a border of five curvilinear edges. The cloud shape surrounds a depiction of a blue stylized human form, except that the bottom edge of the human form intersects the curvilinear edge of the cloud shape at the bottom-most edge of both the human form and the cloud shape so as to connect the stylized human form to the surrounding blue square. The stylized human form is comprised of a triangular shaped stylized torso with outstretched arms and a circle depicting a head appearing above, but detached from, the stylized torso.
