The mark consist of an arched banner at or around twenty degrees featuring a black background and white outline including the word "SMUGGLERS" in all yellow capital letters and an oval in the background to the banner arranged perpendicular to the axis of the banner having a solid black border with a yellow center to the border encircling an image of a miner holding out a yellow colored beverage in a mug and holding a pick ax over his shoulder, and the word "brewpub" under both the oval and the arched banner. The top of the banner is midway across the oval, just above the waist of the miner in the image and the bottom of the banner is about three-quarters of the way down the oval and allows the lower one quarter of the oval and the image to be seen. The miner image inside of the oval has the appearance of a black and white relief or a silk screen image and features a miner holding a pick ax over his shoulder or across his back at the neck, roughly parallel with the horizon, and extending a beverage in a mug towards the viewer of the image, the miner having a beard, a full-brim hat and rugged boots standing on rugged earth, the boots of which are oriented below the banner. The word "Brewpub" appears in black directly below the oval and appears in courier-style font and is stylized to appear slightly blurred, aged, or to appear like a typewriter mis-stroke occurred.
