The mark consists of a black, uppercase "U" followed by a black, lowercase "i". The phrase "WHEN LOVE IS ALL THAT MATTERS" in smaller typeface, all uppercase and black in color below the "U" and "i", followed by a black ellipses. A stylized, light blue ampersand between the letters "U" and "i", starting behind the bottom of the "i" and continuing upward to begin the top loop over the top right leg of the "U", then wrapping down and to the left to create the lower loop which goes behind the right leg of the "U" then wraps back over the bottom right corner of the "U", then continues upward toward the top of the upper leg of the ampersand curls around the upper portion of the "i".
