The mark consists of an image of a stylized compass, comprised of two (2) concentric circles in gold with white on the interior, with twenty-eight (28) circular dots spaced evenly between the two circles in a spoke-like pattern, each with a short gold line going through it which extends from the inside of the outer circle slightly past the inner side of the inner circle. On the interior of the concentric circles is an image of a sun in gold with eight (8) rays, each containing a crescent-shaped design in white. Overlapping the sun image is an 8-point compass rose with blue on the left side of each spoke and white on the right side of each spoke. The four (4) longer spokes of the compass rose located at the north, east, south and west parts of the compass extend slightly past the outer side of the outer circle.
