Description of Mark
The mark consists of two concentric circles, with an arrow extruding from the upper right perimeter of the outer circle. The words "MEN MAKE A DIFFERENCE" appear on the top half of the perimeter of the outer circle, following the curvature of the circle, and where the first "R" of the word "DIFFERENCE" is fully contained by the base of the arrow which extrudes from the upper right quadrant of the outer concentric circle. The arrow contains horizontal stripes, starting from the tip of the arrow and extending down nearly to, but not touching, the top of the "R" contained in the base of the arrow. Inside of both circles are the literal elements "M2AD". Also centered inside both circles is a watermark of the State of New Jersey. The words "FAMILY" "COMMUNITY" "PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT" appear on the bottom half of the outer circle, following the curvature. Between "FAMILY" and "COMMUNITY" and also between "COMMUNITY" and "PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT", are tilde marks separating those terms.
