The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle seen from multiple views: on the top half of the front of the bottle is the wording "TILL AMERICAN WHEAT VODKA" in a stylized font with "TILL" appearing to the left of a design of a man with a plow and horses, all above the wording "AMERICAN WHEAT VODKA". On the bottom half of the front of the bottle is a design of farm buildings, trees and plowed crop fields, with farm buildings and trees in the background. The design wraps around the left, right and back sides of the bottle. The back side of the bottle shows the plowed crop fields on the bottom left and right with a path in the middle, and the back of the trees in the background. The top half of the right side of the bottle shows the letters "TIL" in "TILL" and "AMERIC" in "AMERICAN" with plowed fields on the bottom center and right of the bottle and a path appearing in between. The top half of the left side of the bottle shows a man with a plow and the back side of horses above the word "VODKA" and the bottom half contains plowed crop fields. On the top of the bottle cap is the same design of a man with a plow and horses. The broken lines depicting the exterior of the bottle and cap serve only to indicate placement of the mark and are not part of the mark.
