The mark consists of a swirl having twenty-one concentric partial circles that diminish in radius toward the epicenter of the swirl; each partial circle of the swirl includes fifty-one shaded circles that are evenly spaced apart along the perimeter of the partial circle, but that vacillate in radius about the perimeter; the outermost concentric partial circle begins in the lower-right portion of the swirl, and the respective beginning of each concentric partial circle is offset from the adjacent partial circle having a larger radius by two shaded circles, the offset pattern moving counter-clockwise toward the epicenter.
