The mark consists of a wreath, overlaid by two crisscrossing billiard/pool cue sticks, overlaid by two billiard/pool balls, all sitting above a printed black banner; wherein the wreath consists of two semicircular halves of a gray wreath with a yellow crown at the apex of the wreath and the black letters "D.O.P." below the crown with a black star to the left and right of the lettering, the wreath overlaid by crisscrossing billiard/pool cue sticks in black with white tips and white shading along the length of the sticks, with the sticks overlaid by a solid black billiard/pool ball with a white circle in the interior of the ball with the number "8" in black at the center of the white circle and where the black billiard/pool ball is positioned just left of and below center and is slightly overlaid by a billiard/pool ball striped with a thick yellow stripe at its center and a white top and bottom, titled slight to the right, with the yellow stripe also containing a white circle in its center and the number "9" in black imprinted and underlined in black at the center of the white circle, with the entire yellow "9" billiard/pool ball positioned just below and to the right of the center of the entire design, where the yellow "9" billiard/pool ball is slightly overlapped near its bottom by a black banner with folded overlaps on the right and left sides of the banner, each banner side terminating in a V shape, wherein the black banner is imprinted with the words "DEFINITION OF A PLAYER" in white at the center of the banner and the banner slightly overlaps the bottom edges of the billiard/pool balls and its underside is slightly evident at the overlaps in gray shading, wherein the word "BILLIARDS" in black appears just below the midpoint of the banner.
