The mark consists of the word "INTERMARINE" written in capital letters with the letter "E" stylized so that the stem between the top and middle bars is missing and the letter "A" has the bar broken at an angle just before the right stroke. "Directly underneath the left stem of the "R" and extending to the right stroke of the letter "A" the word "YACHTS" is written in capital letters with a space in between each letter. Beginning directly above the first letter "E" there is a line resembling a horizontal "S" like stroke extending to just above the "A" in the word "INTERMARINE". There is another horizontal "S"-like stroke beginning above the letter "M" and extending to the right to just above the right-side of the second letter "R." Above the right portion of the spine of both horizontal "S"'s is the bust of a feline centered between both spines.
