The mark consists of an image of a multicolored cone of shaved ice centered in a purple circle with the words "Ululani's Hawaiian Shave Ice" all in purple, and three small purple flowers. The shaved ice and cup are tilted to the left. The word "Ululani's" has a purple flower to its left and both are located above the circle. To the right of the circle are the words "Hawaiian Shave Ice" with the word "Hawaiian" above the words "Shave Ice". Two purple flowers are positioned above and to the right of the word "Hawaiian". The two purple flowers are different sizes with the largest flower located above the letter "n" in "Hawaiian" and the smaller flower located to the right of the "n" in the word "Hawaiian". The letter "H" in "Hawaiian" and the letter "S" is "Shave" are imbedded in the purple circle and have white outline separating them from the purple circle at the edges where the letters and the circle intersect. There is a white outline around the shaved ice cup and shaved ice that separates it from the purple circle in which it is centered. The shaved ice cup at the center of the purple circle is light green, green and dark green with some shading. On top of the green cup is a dome of shaved ice with wedges of color representing the following different colors of shaved ice syrup: light blue, very light green, yellow, orange, and red.
