The mark consists of a design of a purple square enclosing three balloons grouped in the upper left hand side, one in the shape of a five pointed star in blue, one in the shape of a heart in pink and one in the shape of a circle in red, with the stylized wording "BALLOONS ALIVE" in black in the lower right hand side of the square, all surrounded by bars in the form of a rainbow of colors going around the square starting clockwise with yellow, green, white, blue, purple, white, pink and orange and multicolor confetti in pink, purple, red, blue, white, yellow, green, and orange scattered throughout the design. The color white in the middle of the design represents background, outlining, shading and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
