The mark consists of a configuration of product packaging consisting of a cluster of three leaves at the upper left portion of the design, a stem with three leaves centered vertically in the design, with an almond in its shell superimposed over the center-most leaf, and a fanciful depiction of an almond coming out of its shell at the lower right of the design; all on the background of somewhat randomly placed small squares and dots, the squares containing a smaller version of the same stem and leaves as the large version centered on the design; two rows of Japanese characters appear beneath the central almond, the first can be translated as "ROYCE'", the next line can be translated as "Maccha Almond Chocolate"; and beneath that, in English, appears the name "ROYCE'".
