The mark consists of a configuration of product packaging consisting of a cluster of three leaves at the upper left portion of the design, a stem with three leaves centered vertically in the design, with an almond in its shell superimposed over the center-most leaf, and a fanciful depiction of an almond coming out of its shell at the lower right of the design; all on the background of somewhat randomly placed small squares and dots, the squares containing a smaller version of the same stem and leaves as the large version centered on the design; two rows of Japanese characters appear beneath the central almond, the first can be translated as "ROYCE'", the next line can be translated as "Maccha Almond Chocolate"; and beneath that, in English, appears the name "ROYCE'". The matter shown in dotted lines is not part of the mark and only serves to show the position or placement of the mark.
