The mark consists of the following: a circular gold rope design outlined by a thin black line. The background of the interior of the circle is dark blue. The interior edge of the gold rope design is lined with repeating gray five-point stars. Featured in the center of the blue background is a gold and black eagle with its wings outspread, perched upon a horizontal gray cross outlined in black. Above the eagle, and along the top interior edge of the gold rope, are the letters "Q", "R", and "F" in the color gray and outlined in black. A gold caduceus symbol is between the letters "Q" and "R", and gold and black oak leaves are between the letters "R" and "F". At the bottom of the circular gold rope is a gray banner, outlined in black, featuring "QUICK REACTION FOUNDATION" in black letters.
