Description of Mark
The mark consists of A black and silver (grey) crest with a crown on top, two swords on the side, a shield in the middle (with the capital letter R), two wreaths surrounding the shield, two lions on side of the wreath, and three banners at bottom of crest. Crown consists of a cross on top with circular beads on base and outer surface of the crown and fleur-de-lis on top of the crown base. Two sword handles on the left and right of the crown with blades sticking through the shield with tips showing at bottom of the banners. The shield has a thicken silver/grey border and black on inside with leaf wreaths on left and right. Lions on both sides are standing upright with paws against the wreaths. Lions have full manes, with full legs showing, feet paws on left and right banners, tails curled upright, The three banners are distinguished by the larger center banner being approx. twice the size of two smaller banners.
