The mark consists of an outline suggestive of a white belt buckle with an outer solid line and an inner dotted line, both in dark blue; a guitar head at the top in dark blue with two white stars and six white strings; a dark blue arc at the bottom of the guitar head with a red palmetto tree upstanding from the arc on each side of the guitar head; the word "CAROLINA" in red arcuately positioned beneath the dark blue arc, beneath which is a fanciful red sun rising over a red ocean; both small light blue and large dark blue wave swirls or curls on each side of the word "CAROLINA"; the words "COUNTRY MUSIC" in a distinctive red font beneath the wave swirls and ocean, and having a dark blue star between "COUNTRY" and "MUSIC"; a dark blue and light blue ribbon beneath the words "COUNTRY MUSIC", with the word "FEST" in white thereon; beneath which is the wording "MYRTLE BEACH SC" in red with a very small red star between "BEACH" and "SC".
