The mark consists of a circle containing three layers. The first and outermost layer is composed of alternating black finial and fleur de lis designs resting on a thin, black circle. The second layer is composed of a wide, teal band. The third layer is composed of a grey band that is thinner than the teal band. Floating in front of the circle, and appearing to divide the circle in half is a square platform composed of four walls surrounding land, both the walls and land are in various shades of ochre. The platform is turned towards the left and is drawn to include both height and width to give it a three dimensional appearance. More of the platform juts out of the left side of the circle than the right. The section jutting out to the left appears thicker depicting that side of the platform as being closer to the viewer. On the platform, upper center and appearing to be off to the right, is a teal colored dome. In actuality, the dome rests in the upper left quadrant of the platform. Atop the dome sits a decorative, bright gold minaret. Within the circle, but above the platform is Arabic writing in black, which transliterates as "TAIBAH". Within the circle, but below the platform, are the words "TAIBAH CITY" in English, in a stylized cursive in black. The color white appearing in the mark represents background and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
