The mark consists of a gold colored arch that appears as a gold crown at the top of the image. Below the crown is a picture of a Man with long black hair. The man is looking to the right. The man's face is in a dark gold circle, and his face appears to be silhouetted in a light and dark gold color. To the left and right of dark gold circle with the depiction of the man are gold sheets that are folded. Below the man is the inscription "INCA" in white ink. Below the "INCA" inscription is "Secret Blend" in gold cursive writing. Perpendicular to the "INCA" "Secret Blend" inscription are the word "PERU" in gold between red lines on both the right and left sides of the "INCA" "Secret Blend" inscription. The backdrop of the inscription is black with green lines stemming from the gold arch in the center of the image. The gold arch has the inscription "100%" to the left of it in white font, and "PURO" in white to the right of it. The gold arch has a light blue and gold depiction at its apex. There are two gold arches below the larger gold arch. The two gold lines that make up the gold arches are not solid gold semi-circle like the outermost gold semi-circle. But gold dots that make a gold semi-circle. There is a black semi-circle below these three gold semi-circles, and it contains streaks of green. Then below the black semi-circle there is a red semi-circle with a shade of blue at its apex. Then below that is a blue semicircle with gold lines in it. Below the arches are 5 gold circles with images in them. The middle circle is the depiction of a gold star. To the right and left of the middle circle are two gold circles with South American depictions. To the right of the gold circle are a Nazca line image in gold, and the furthest circle to the right appears to be an ancient symbol in gold. The Images to the left of the center gold circle are a man in gold, and the furthest left is another ancient symbol in gold. There is also the statement "RICH.SMOOTH.SATISFYING" in white on the bottom right and left. Behind the black circle with gold framework are gold and white rays that form a latticework. Gray is not being claimed as color feature of the mark, but is a part of the background, outline, shading, and/or transparent areas and are not part of the mark. White will be claimed as part of the mark, specifically with "INCA", "100%", "PURO", and "RICH. SMOOTH. SATISFYING." being written in white font. White coloring found anywhere else is background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent areas and are not part of the mark. Black is being claimed as part of the mark in the area of the man's long hair at the top of the mark. Black is also being claimed in the areas to the left and right of the green lines stemming semi-circles towards the center of the mark, and it is enclosed by the gold outlining encompassing the "Peru" on both sides of the mark, and the area above the gold circles, and below the picture of the man. All the areas of the mark that contain black outside of the gold outline are considered background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent areas and are not a part of the mark.
