The mark consists of a black heart with the words, "WOUNDED, INVISIBLE, LOST, CHAINED, GREIVED, and BROKEN", written in white inside the inner perimeter of the heart and separated from each other by a white dot, six white hearts are depicted within the perimeter, each with a symbol or design modification relating to one of the words written on the perimeter, one heart has a black chain across it, a second heart has a grey X written on it, a third heart is partially ripped apart down a centerline, a fourth heart has a black hole in it, a fifth heart has jagged separation down the middle portion of it, and a sixth heart is empty with its perimeter being a dotted white line with the remainder black, a black arcing arrow extends from the top center of the black heart to a red heart in the upper right with the words, "A HEART APART", written in red above the arcing arrow and the abbreviation "INC." written in red below the arcing arrow immediately behind the arrow head.
