The mark consists of a personified ice pop in pink color with a black mustache and beige Mexican hat and stick. The hat is decorated with a blue stripe and upside-down pink triangles throughout the border of the hat. Between each triangle are found pink circles. On the bottom of the blue stripe are found white dots throughout the border of the hat. Behind the personified ice pop is found a mint green circle with small triangles in color mint green surrounding the circle. On the top of the personified ice pop is found the word "Yucatan" written in stylized, yellow and uppercase letters. Below the personified ice pop is found the word "Paletas" written in stylized, yellow and uppercase letters.
