The mark consists of the three-dimensional configuration of the openings of one or more side vents of the muzzle brake as shown in the drawing, namely, a generally kidney shaped vent cavities extending angularly into opposed sides of the muzzle brake body that opens into the axial muzzle bore and forms a pair of cusps in the barrel side of the cavity wall around the muzzle bore and a pair of vertical wedge in the muzzle side of the cavity wall around the muzzle bore. The broken line outline of the muzzle brake is not part of the trademark, but is intended to show an exemplary muzzle brake, which may take various sizes and may have one or more of pairs of opposed the vent openings formed the body of the muzzle brake. The speckled shaping inside the vent openings is provide to better show the configuration and shape of the vent opening and is not a feature of the mark.
