Description of Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a decorative garment that bears some resemblance to a pant leg and which extends from the base of the toes on the top of the foot to the mid-thigh so as to resemble the upper portion of a boot. The upper cuff and lower foot portion of the garment have a lining made primarily of animal derived leather fabric, visible when the upper cuff is rolled down or when the zipper at the base of the back of the foot portion of the garment is intentionally unzipped and opened upward. This lining is not present in the leg portion of the garment. Attached to the bottom of the garment is a strap meant to be pulled under the bottom of the foot to secure the garment. The shoe, heel, zipper depicted by the dangling pull tab, and strap that secures the product under the shoe are not claimed as a feature of the mark and, with the exception of the zipper, are shown in dotted lines for purposes of placement only.
