The mark consists of the trade dress for the packaging of the goods. The elements of the trade dress are as follows: 21 horizontal stripes that wrap around a bottle from just below the neck to the base of the bottle, the 21-stripe pattern being interrupted by two partial horizontal sun designs and three rectangle labels, which elements are disposed as described below. On one side of the product packaging wrap, depicted by the bottle on the left half of the drawing, are the following elements: a partial sun, having five rays emanating radially thereabove and collectively spanning the third through fifth stripes, and a rectangle label therebeneath spanning the sixth through eighth stripes. The ninth stripe from the top proceeds in its entirety underneath the first rectangular label, underneath which stripe is another rectangle label, spanning the 10th through 18th horizontal stripes. On the other side of the product packaging wrap, depicted by the bottle on the right half of the drawing, are the following elements: a partial sun, having five rays emanating radially thereabove and collectively spanning the sixth through ninth stripes, and a rectangle label therebeneath spanning the 10th through 12th stripes, followed by nine horizontal stripes. The bottle is not part of the mark, as indicated by the dashed lines.
