Concurrent use information. consisting essentially of a nationwide area commonly known as the continental United States of America as legally defined as per 41 USC Sec. 357 41 CHAPTER 6 The term `United States` when used in a geographical sense shall include any State of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Virgin Islands, Outer Continental Shelf lands as defined in the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, the Territories of Alaska and Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Wake Island, Eniwetok Atoll, Kwajalein Atoll, Johnston Island, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands include all areas under the sovereignty of the United States, and the Canal Zone; and Canton Island, and shall include any other territory under the jurisdiction of the United States or any United States base or possession within a foreign country; as legally defined as per TITLE 30 CHAPTER 7 -HEAD- Sec. 351. Definitions -STATUTE- As used in this chapter 'United States of America' includes 'Acquired lands' or 'lands acquired by the United States' include all lands heretofore or hereafter acquired by the United States to which the 'mineral leasing laws' have not been extended, including such lands acquired under the provisions of the Act of March 1, 1911 (36 Stat. 961, 16 U.S.C., sec. 552).
