Scientific and technological services and research in the analysis of the composition and content of bioactive plant materials, namely, living and dried plants, raw and processed plant materials, plant parts and whole plants, botanical products, namely, powders, liquid extracts, tablets and pills, and plant-derived nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals; technical services in the identification, detection and screening of residues and harmful substances, namely, mold, fungus, heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, toxins, parasites, microbiological contaminants, and industrial contaminants in the bioactive plant materials; technical services in determining the chemical content, moisture content, and level of one or more active ingredients in the bioactive plant materials; technical services relating to the sterilization, reduction, and removal of one or more chemical components, one or more contaminants, and moisture from the bioactive plant materials; services in providing certification of evaluation, consistency, equivalence measurement, safety, purity, and reliability for local, municipal, state and national compliance; and providing technical reports of the analysis and technical treatment of the bioactive plant materials
