Goods and Services
System (IoS is a (Patent Pending) mapping coordinate system that allocates set perimeter Digital Ecology by defining computational spatial telemetry as secure by a combination of - physical Space (thereby creating intelligent space), Time (establishing time window usage, access and availability conditions) and Anatomy (setting arrays and vectors based on physical location of a User/Site Data Owner based pre-determined or pre-outcome programed origin) An IoS Boundary Sensor is a demarcation device that uses encrypted RF signaling to set a localized grid perimeter boundary. There is a master grid sensor that initiates a beacon ping which is set via an IoS Grid Controller that defines the scale, boundary perimeter and coordinates of Grids/GELs that are used within relational databases for that particular site. The IoS Boundary Sensor uses self-contained battery power (or fuel cell) to maintain function regardless of site power sources. 1. Four (or other number of) IoS Boundary Sensors are located within a landscape, building or campus area in an approximate square positioning. (IoS Boundary Sensors are also mounted on flight drones to set virtual grids in adhoc control conditions and areas as well). Multiple IoS Boundary Sensors can be meshed into larger grid groupings. 2. Once powered on, the Master IoS Boundary sensor for that specific grid perimeter initiates a locational ping to its upstream and downstream neighbors. The closest adjacent IoS Boundary sensor response (the shortest time delay of receipt of the Master Sensor ping) sets a physical distance based on, again time delay and frequency strength. The IoS Master Boundary Sensor sends a token to the next closest IoS Boundary Sensor that responded and that sensor is now a Master and sends, again, a locational ping to define its closest neighbor. The process is repeated for all four boundary sensors until the original Master responds and sends a boundary perimeter completion acknowledgement thereby defining a physical digital boundary border that each IoS boundary sensor is now programmed aware of its specific physical geometric coordinated position. 3. The IoS Grid Controller allocates a unique Grid identifier label (unique within the world based on registry), scale of the grid is set by an administrator (1ft, 10ft,100ft to miles). The IoS Grid is set by algorithmic program and sets X,Y and Z coordinates automatically. 4. The IoS Grid controller communicates to the IoS Boundary Sensors via serial connections. These can be via legacy phone lines (CAT 3 cabling) or wireless asynchronous communication and sets a grid scale and defined locational positioning of Grid Elements (GELs) that represent that particular world grid earthspace singular granular location. 5. An IoS PIN (Personal Identification Number) now can move into the new Grid perimeter which broadcasts an encrypted beacon that again is received by the four IoS Boundary Sensors which can now triangulate the time to receipt of the beacon signal (by two of the most responsive sensors to receive by PIN beacon time and signal strength) to determine the physical location of the PIN Beacon where it is positioned on the grid and in what GEL or a combination of GELs- Grid Element location it is broadcasting from. 6. The Grid Controller is receipt of the IoS PIN beacon and knows its GEL location. The Grid Controller processes a number of actions: a. The IoS Grid Controller communicates via secure Cloud connection the owner of the IoS PIN beacon and validates that it is indeed authentic; it does not exist anywhere else in IoS earthspace at the same time (is non-replicated) and checks any additional bio-metric user site-based authentication as required (User Registry based). b. The Grid Controller has connectivity to traditional network Domain Controllers and User authentication and credentialing via standard networks. If an authenticated PIN is within an authorized GEL, the Grid Controller can now allow (gateway) traditional (out-of-band) TCP/IP protocol DHCP connectivity to the IoS PIN User's devices as being able to connect to discrete network resources (QoS,ToS and/or network segments) as is allocated for that user based on location, time and anatomy conditions pursuant to their occupancy of associated GEL program parameters. c. The User IoS Beacon PIN Grid/GEL location can also be set to communicate via a remote data center, given an IoS Grid Controller via encrypted SMS messaging to relay GEL spatial coordinates by a User IoS phone app. d. The IoS Data Center or Cloud connection will have an IoS shell to validate IoS coordinates as valid before allowing connectivity to an active Virtual Machine (VM). e. IoS Grid/GEL coordinates are set within a relational database table. The spatial coordinates are set to physical location and mapped to program schemas for both articulation of GELs/PINs and GEL Circuits. f. An encrypted bridged slave IoS Grid Controller can be also allocated as a local site cache Cloud to remote Data Center Master IoS Grid Controllers to articulate various Cloud services to discrete User devices locations. g. IoS User/Program now is rooted by physical occupancy, a text message log is created to relay to the user (via phone/device), real time usage based on time and access of data given their known local. User always validates transactions based on their known whereabouts. 12 Symbol Count Description GEL Coordinate A7 Grid AD239048023 Grid Boundary Location Sensor Triangulates Device Location within Grid and Grid Element (GEL) Device is Authenticated and User Provisioning Authorization - Device will not have access to Private Data outside grid Either wired or wireless certification of User/Device location (verifiable since there can only be one Earth location with one authentication user) Provisioning of Private Data and Services per GEL Database and Shell certifies location and time stamp of Data access user and Governance Policy access per Grid/GEL ConsulMetrix Inc. Allan Bradley 9/9/14 All rights reserved Grid Perimeters and Parameters (Software) IoS Grid/GEL system is scalable, in that the absolute size of a grid element is not described in the coordinate system. Therefore a grid size of ten feet is standard, but nothing would prevent grid sizes of one foot, twenty feet or kilometer/mile designations. It will also be apparent that mixed grid sizes will be of use within certain varieties of structures or landscapes. Multiple dedicated functional IoS Grids and Grid Elements can be overlaid. Therefore multiple logical layer grids can be overlaid to the physical base (0Z) IoS Sensor Grid to represent a wide array of functional Logical-to-Physical Access/Distribution interfaces
