Registration limited to the area comprising the entire United States, except for the states of Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and Florida pursuant to Concurrent Use Proceeding No. 94002710. Concurrent use with Allegiance Retail Services, LLC, Serial Nos. 86669333 and 86669348.

Effective May 12, 2015, a Consent and Concurrent Use Agreement became effective between Niemann Foods, Inc., an Illinois corporation, having its principal place of business at 1501 North 12th St, Quincy, IL 62301 and Allegiance Retail Services, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, having its principal place of business at 485D Route 1 South, Suite 420, Iselin, NJ 08830, owner of Serial Numbers 86-669,348 and 86-669,333, regarding the rights and obligations of each party to concurrent adoption, use and federal registration of its respective "Rancher's Legend" expression and logo. Applicant's geographic area under said Agreement comprises all of the United States, except Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and Florida. Goods and services under said Agreement comprise meat. The mode of such use is on merchandizing, advertising, packaging and sale of meat products.
