The mark consists of the name of the company, where the first word ("ascendo") is entirely in small letters with the final letter, an "o" slightly raised above the rest of the word, and the second word ("RESOURCES") entirely in capital letters approximately 25% the size of the first word and aligned with the first word from the letter "a" through the letter "d". There is a triangle above the letter "o", the top of which is equal in height to the top of the "d", the preceding letter. There are two triangles below the letter "o", the top point of the second triangle directly under the first triangle, and the point is cut off by the upper triangle, and the bottom of which is aligned with the bottom of the word "RESOURCES".
