The mark consists of a configuration of a shoe comprised of a series of double-lined stitches, extending upwardly and forwardly at approximately 30 degrees to the vertical and intersected by three horizontally extending, double-lined stitches, to form distinctive parallelogramatic, somewhat diamond-shaped cells. The shoe sole design emanates from the center of the shoe almost horizontally, then rolls up in the forefoot area to form a curved lip. The broken lines outlining the shoe and perimeter of the claimed design are used to indicate the positioning of the mark on the goods and are not a feature of the mark.
