Behind the ball is a background consisting of a set of 3 gears..the outer gear is light green, middle gear is dark yellow and inner gear is light yellow. above the smoke stacks are stars that represent the smoke from the bat chimneys...these 10 stars descend in size as they go up the logo. the colors of the stars are black, white, yellow, and light green. The factory, gears, and stars are placed within a dark green ring with "THE PHENOM FACTORY" written in capital, black letters. The dark green ring is surrounded by a thin black outline.
