The mark consists of an image of a sphere, outlined in grey with a thick grey shadow on the lower left side and shaded in in white on the rest of the surface. In the center of the sphere is a black ancient monogram image. The sphere is encircled by a green arrow, which begins on the lower, right side of the image going upwards, and comes out on the top right side of the sphere. The arrow itself creates a heart shape around the sphere. There are hollow spaces around the arrow where it crosses onto the image, or itself. To the right side of the image is the phrase "BULHARA" in grey, capital letters, followed by the phrase "YOUR PLACE, YOUR CHOICE!" in black, capital letters right below it.
