The mark consists of a circular figure containing the red word "CLINTON" with a blue strike through is located in the middle of the mark. Above the word CLINTON is a white star with two white dashed lines on both sides. Above the star with two dashed lines are the white words "ANYONE BUT" in an arced position. Behind the star, two dashed lines, and "ANYONE BUT" is a blue semicircular background. Above the blue semicircular background is a white arc and above that is a blue arc. Above the blue arc is a red arc. Then on the lower half of the mark is the the word "ANYONEBUTCLINTON.NET' in blue letters in an arced position and red bent lines between the "A" in "ANYONEBUTCLINTON.NET" and the "C" in "CLINTON". There is an additional red line between the last "T" in "ANYONEBUTCLINTON.NET" and the "N" in "CLINTON". Above "ANYONEBUTCLINTON.NET is respective, a white, blue, and white arc. Above that is the number "2016" in white numbers with a blue rectangular background. Above and below the blue rectangle is a red bar and to each side of the blue rectangle is a red semicircle. Lastly, there is white space surrounding the blue rectangular box that separates it from the previously mentioned red bars and red semicircles.
