The mark consists of the white capitalized letters, "A," "G," "E," and "S" on respective blue, orange, green, and yellow block backgrounds. The color blocks vary in size and the letters are not centered within the color blocks. The blocks are placed one after another but are not aligned with each other: using the first blue block containing "A" as the reference point, the orange block containing "G" is to the right and above the blue block, the green block containing "E" is at the bottom of and to the right of the red block, and the yellow block containing "S" is to the right and slightly above the green block. The positioning of said blocks overlap each other at certain points: the blue block overlaps with the orange block and the overlapping portion is the color red, the orange block overlaps with the green block and the overlapping portion is lighter orange, and the green block overlaps with the yellow block and the overlapping portion is lighter green.
