The mark consists of two wings with feathers of different shades of blue, pink, and purple. The shorter feathers are darker pink, purple and blue, the longer feathers are cream, white and pink on the ends. The top part of the feathers is brown with blue shadows scattered throughout the brown portion of the wings. The lower portion of the wings has several longer feathers in different shades of blue extended downwards, and two eyes are placed between them, making a facial resemblance. The two eyes are blue, with blue eyeshadow and blue eyebrows, and the feathers creating hair strands around the eyes. In the space between the peaks of the wings is the phrase CHER TRIBUTE BAND in white, where CHER and BAND are written in capital letters, and TRIBUTE is written in lower case letter with the exception of the first letter T which is capitalized.
