The mark consists of a stylized rectangle with ornamental borders and a framework in the color gold, the middle of the stylized rectangle has a white background with the words "BED BUG SAFE" written in the color black and in all upper case lettering. Across the top portion of the stylized rectangle, between the border and the words "BED BUG SAFE", is a banner in the color gold which has shades of dark and light gold and in the middle of said banner are the letters "BBS" in all upper case lettering and in the color black. Above the upper banner and below the outside border is a black background with white vertical lines. Across the bottom portion of the stylized rectangle, between the bottom border and the words "BED BUG SAFE", is another banner in the color gold which has shading of dark and light gold and in the middle of said banner are the letters "COM" in all upper case lettering and in the color black. Below the lower banner and above the outside border is a black background with white certical lines. There are further ornamental figures, in the color gold, set between each upper and lower banner and the respective borders of the decorative rectangle. The black background is not a feature of the mark.
