The mark consists of a crescent moon on an aqua color, with a three dimensional appearance with shading and light aqua outlines of the moon crescent. In the moon opening is an image of a yellow sun with triangular sun rays slightly offset from the sun ball. There is a narrow, hollow space between the moon and the sun. The sun also has different shades of yellow to make it look three dimensional. Together the sun and moon create a circular shape, which has some light rays coming out of its center, which falls in the center of the sun ball and radiates outwards, onto the moon as well as outwards from the sun. Around the image are the phrases; UP "ALL NIGHT COACHING", around the top half of the image in yellow letters, all capitalized, and "A COACHING COMMUNITY" around the lower half of the image in aqua letters, all capitalized, with a lighter aqua shadow extending from each of the letters facing the center of the phrase.
