The mark consists of a logo that has both an emblem and a title. The emblem portion of the design is made up of a broken circle that encases the letters "T", "M", and two "F's" in a stylized font. All of the letters overlap and merge with one another creating symmetry in the design. The letter "T" is centralized inside the circle. It is sword-like in appearance, and creates vertical division down the middle of the circle, the tip of the tail pierces the theoretical 6 o'clock position of the circle and extends downwards. The "M" is situated directly below the arms of the "T", and merges with the tail of the "T" to form the middle leg of the "M". The outer legs of the "M" extend symmetrically and sharply below the lower edge of the circle, in the theoretical 5 and 7 o'clock positions. The outer legs of the "M" form the framework for the legs of the two "F's". The "F's" are mirrored and adjacent, the "F" on the right faces forward, whilst the "F" on the left faces backwards. The top arms of the "F's" slightly overlap the base of the arms of the "T" and reach outwards, in the theoretical 3 and 9 o'clock positions, breaching the boundaries of the left and right sides of the circle. The title portion of the mark consists of the words "THE MIGHTY FALLEN" in stylized font. The "H" and "E" are merged within the word "THE" and the top right portion of the "T" houses over the "H" approximately midway. The left leg of the "M" and the tail end of the "Y" extends downwards and sharply in the word "MIGHTY". The tail end of the "F" and the right leg of the "N" extends downwards and sharply in the word "FALLEN".
