The mark consists of a design and the wording "SPARROW COFFEE ROASTERY". "COFFEE ROASTERY" appears in brown at the bottom of the mark. On either side of this wording is a brown short horizontal line. Above this wording in larger font is "SPARROW" in dark brown. Above all of this wording is a design. The design is of a tree. The tree has a brown trunk and branches. Throughout the tree are: eight brown coffee beans of varying sizes with a white curvy interior line, twelve red shaded circles of varying sizes within which are white non-concentric circles that together form the shape of stylized fruit, and twelve leaves of varying sizes in dark green, light green, and mint green with a white center vein. Also within the tree are two birds with black eyes, beaks, and talons. One bird has a light gray body with dark grayish-blue wings and head, and the other bird has a light gray body with dark burgundy wings and head. There are also eight circles of varying sizes in the tree. Four of the circles consist of a mint green, single-lined circle with eight triangular points. Inside these circles is a pea green circle with eight lines pointing inward toward a mint green single-lined circle. In between each spoke is an inverted mint green triangle, for a total of eight triangles. The white in the interior of these circles is not claimed as a feature of the mark. Four of the other circles consist of a shaded circle from which emanate lines ending with smaller single-lined circles. Two of these circles are light green, one is mint green, and the last is dark green. The white in the interior of these circles also are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
