The mark consists of a green oval shape with three outlines, the outer most outline is white, then orange and navy blue. The inside of the oval is green gradient colored, going from lighter green on top to darker green on the bottom. In the center of the oval is the phrase LOCK DOCTOR, in blue, capitalized letters with a white outline. The word LOCK is slightly larger than the DOCTOR which is right below it. The lower right hand edge of the letter R creates the letter X making it an RX symbol. The word FLORIDA is written in an orange, cursive font with a white outline and positioned diagonally, beginning in the space between the L and O of LOCK and going upwards. On the left side of the letter D is an image of a stethoscope with white and orange earpieces, blue tubing outline in white which creates a snake shape underneath the word DOCTOR and extends over to the left side of the phrases, and an image of a round lock in place of the chest piece. The lock is white and grey in color.
