The mark consists of an outlined profile of a bird's head and neck that is drawn in gold and centrally placed between two blue wings that are drawn with straight lines which arch back to form the general shape of a diamond. Paralleling gold bars are placed within the bottom portion of the wings, and a single gold bar dissects each of the top portions of the wings. Placed centrally below the wings and slightly overlaying them at the bottom is the rendering of a gold crown. The base of the crown is drawn with two thick black lines. Centrally placed between those lines are the shapes of a blue diamond, a blue oval, a second blue diamond, and a second blue oval in that order from left to right.
