The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a clear bottle for the goods, with a round body that stops sharply at the neck; there is a 90 degree angle where the bottle meets its neck. The bottle's neck has a screw top, and a white covering with green at the top which extends halfway down the neck. On the neck covering is the depiction of a beach scene, consisting of a straw covered hut-like structure with a bar underneath, with three drinks and a bottle on the bar and two bar stools in front of the bar all outlined in brown; on the right hand side of the hut is a large palm tree with green palms and a brown trunk, and water is depicted in the background by a swiggly line in brown. One side of the body of the bottle is imprinted with a large brown and white open coconut half, splashed with water outlined in gray to appear clear, with green palm fronds underneath the coconut. There is a white rectangular box imposed in the center of the bottle containing the stylized word "RUMHAVEN" in brown capital letters at the top of the box, and two (2) open brown and white coconut halves at the bottom, sitting on top of green leaves. The rectangular box contains a thin brown line at its border. Underneath the rectangular box are a splash and multiple drops of water outlined in gray to appear clear. The broken lines around the bottle and the bottle cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
