Enhancing Abilities (serial # 86/568327) where the character is formed in relief where the bottom section is in green background and the top section is in blue background. The center character of a person striding forward in relief is accented by a blue line to the left of the character and a blue line under the character with a blue trapezoid above the character with a set of curved lines in green emanating from the blue trapezoid.
