The mark consists of a stylized pitchfork and halo with flames on tan background with a stylized black border with the tan background extending beyond the black border. The black border is incomplete on the right side of the mark and the lines in the border are intentionally fatigued. Inside of this border there is a blue pitchfork with the word "POLARITY" written in bold stylized blue font spaced evenly from the top of the pitchfork to the bottom. Blue flames emanate from the top of the pitchfork reaching upward to a halo outlined in blue against a tan background. The word "RECORDS" is featured at the bottom of the pitchfork in blue bold stylized font. Blue flames extend upward from this wording. The pitchfork comes to a sharp point just beneath the word "RECORDS" and is outlined in blue. The background of the mark inside the border fades from a blue to green, to tan from the bottom of the mark to the top. Black spots are also featured in the background at various points around the mark inside of the black border.
