The mark consists of the words "FRESH YO" in lower case orange letters followed by an orange exclamation point. In the word "YO", the "O" is substituted for a swirling circle, with an exterior orange line and interior white line. Immediately preceding the word "FRESH" is a shining purple apple with a green leaf protruding from the stem. Two small white circles appear on the top right of the apple and a white line appears down the center of the green leaf. The apple is tilted slightly to the left, and the bottom right of the apple is partially obscured by the "F" in the word "FRESH". The design and wording appear on a white background. Apart from the white elements described above, the white background is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
