The mark consists of An orange circle which encloses block letters V and A, the letters outlined in white with orange fill; the right section of the letter V also makes up the left diagonal section of the letter A. The orange circle is itself encircled by a larger black circle made up of 4 segments varying in thickness; circular space separates the two circles. Of the black segmented circle, two segments equal to, symmetrical to, and opposite of each other, juxtapose the other two similarly equal, opposite, and symmetrical segments approximately twice the amount of thickness as the first two segments.
