The mark consists of 2 circles, 1 within the other (and slightly smaller), which resembles a poker chip with 6 rectangular shapes distributed evenly in between circles. The words "ALL-IN" are located centrally at the top of inner circle but below outer circle and the word "ALWAYS" at the bottom. Geometric designs are located within the inner circle. In between both circles there are small 4 dots and 6 rectangular shapes distributed evenly on the periphery of the poker chip. There are 4 geometric lines in center of the circle (1st dissects inner circle horizontally thru middle (3 o'clock to 9 o'clock), 2nd line is diagonal (10 o'clock to 4 o'clock) intersecting line 1, lines 3 and 4 both intersect quarter of the way on line 1 and go north and south in direction).
